Holly Signal Warrant + TIS

The client requested data for a proposed residential development near Patterson Elementary School in Holly, Michigan. A 24 hour count was conducted at Grange Hall Rd and Riverside Dr for a signal warrant analysis. AM and PM Peak and School Start/Stop times (7-9 AM) and 2-6 PM) were collected at the east school driveway and Grange Hall Rd.
